High Performance Manager

Chris Eveleigh got his start in soccer with Exeter City Football Club in England.  He spent nearly a decade at Exeter City, coaching players of all abilities and working with both academy and community players.  As the Kingston Clippers’ Technical Director until Dec 2016, Chris developed partnerships with local schools, clubs and businesses to help raise the clubs’ profile in Eastern Ontario and was instrumental in securing League1 Ontario licenses for the Clippers’ men’s and women’s programs.

Joining PSC as High Performance Manager in January 2017, Chris’s qualifications include, but are not limited to, The FA A License Preparatory Course, UEFA B Certificate in Football, Sports Coach UK Multi Skills and Sports Coach UK Long Term Athlete Development.

While in England for the December 2016 holiday period, Chris continued to add educational accreditation to his repertoire, having completed the last of three FA Youth Modules.  His next step is to apply for The FA Youth Advanced Award.  These courses are beneficial and relevant to coaches working primarily with youth players.

 

Sanford framedDUFA Men’s Head Coach

Sanford Carabin has held head coaching positions with many Clubs, Academies, District Associations and Colleges in Ontario, and since 2011 has served as the District Technical Director for Durham Region as well as Head Men’s Coach for Seneca College.

Sanford holds a USSF A, UEFA B, and Canadian B License as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Kinetics specializing in Sports Management; all of which helped him establish a proven track record of identifying and developing players.

Sanford’s résumé includes stints with the OSA as a Learning Facilitator as well as an LTPD Champion and in 2014, he was the assistant coach for Durham United FC.

Paul framedDUFA Ladies Assistant Coach

Since 2010 , Paul Deabreau has served the Pickering Soccer Club in a variety of head coaching and technical roles.  Currently, Paul holds an Ontario Pre-B license.

Paul has been coaching for the past 26 years, serving in a variety of coaching positions.  During that time, he has experienced numerous successes, including:

  • Indoor Ontario Cup Champions 2015
  • Assistant Coach Maccabiah Games U18 Girls – 2013 Bronze Medal Winners
