Pickering Soccer Club Announces New Executive Director
Pickering, ON – The Pickering Soccer Club (PSC) is pleased to announce Matthew Greenwood as their new Executive Director effective October 3rd, 2016.
“We are very pleased to announce this appointment,” noted Corrado Roccasalva, President of the Board of Directors of the PSC. “Matthew will bring leadership and creativity to the Pickering Soccer Club as it continues to realize its growth potential. His work in various soccer communities and positions gives him a breadth of perspective and experience that the PSC will undoubtedly benefit from.”
Matthew’s resume includes over seventeen years of soccer experience, specifically in the sport for development sector. He has spent the past decade with the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA), most recently as their Manager of Club Development. Prior to this role, he was the OSA’s Manager of Membership Services and their Special Projects Coordinator where he was a key figure in their inclusive sport programming. At the PSC, Matthew will oversee the management of the entire Club and report to the Board of Directors through the President.
