Pickering Soccer Club Announces New Director of Soccer Development

Pickering, ON – The Pickering Soccer Club (PSC) is pleased to announce Ramin Mohammadi as their new Director of Soccer Development effective October 10th, 2016.

“We are excited to have Ramin return to the PSC in this capacity,” stated Corrado Roccasalva, President of the Board of Directors of the PSC. “Ramin’s experience and exuberance make him the ideal candidate to lead our player and coaching development initiatives.”

Mr. Mohammadi is a proud Durham Region native who holds a CSA National A license, USSF National A license as well as a UEFA A license. On the field, Ramin’s resume includes recent roles as Manager of Soccer Development and District Head Coach. Ramin spent five years with the Ryerson Rams soccer program in addition to current involvement with the UOIT Ridgebacks Women’s soccer team. He also gained valuable experience with the Ontario Soccer Association as their first Regional Manager of Player Development for Eastern Ontario.

“Ramin has a wealth of experience from grassroots to high performance soccer,” said Matt Greenwood, Executive Director of the PSC. “It is clear to see his passion, commitment and knowledge for player and coach development and for those reasons we know there will be an immediate impact for our Membership and the community.”
